Egg Roll in a Bowl

A healthier spin on a popular comfort food EGG ROLLS!

This is a community favorite taken from one of the cookbooks that all of our Pure Body clients receive. Now you can enjoy it, too!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • 1 8-oz can water chestnuts, chopped

  • 14 oz bag of coleslaw

  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

Egg Roll in a Bowl

Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and garlic, saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add ground turkey, water chestnuts, and ginger, cook until turkey is cooked through. Add coleslaw, coconut aminos, and vinegar, cook until cabbage is tender. Enjoy!
