No Equipment Workout
That’s right! Now you can workout anytime, anywhere with no equipment needed. I know how hard it can be to get in a workout so I created these simple, do anywhere, exercises.
So if you have just 10-15 minutes to get in dome exercise, pull up these video’s anytime to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout.
Our ultimate goal is 3 sets of 15 reps, but if there’s only time for 1 set, don’t fret, get in that 1 set and be happy you squeezed in something rather than nothing.
